Tribute Paid on Lata Mangeshkar Jayanti
Jaunpur: On the occasion of Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar’s birth anniversary, volunteers of the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Mohammad Hasan PG College organized a tribute programme.
The event was held at the Lata Mangeshkar Tiraha, established under the college’s patronage. Volunteers paid floral tributes and garlanded the statue of the legendary singer.
Speakers on the occasion said that Lata Ji was a living symbol of Indian culture and the heartbeat of millions. Her immortal songs will continue to inspire generations.
College Principal Dr. Abdul Qadir urged students to adopt dedication, hard work, and excellence as ideals in their respective fields and move forward with determination.
